We aim to help by offering free collection of your vehicle* – here’s what you need to know.

Servicing

When you book a service with our mechanics here at Service4Service, you will be entitled to our free vehicle collection and delivery service. Upon booking in your vehicle for its service, we will arrange to come and collect your vehicle in time for the appointment, and deliver it back to your home or given address following a successful service.

We can only collect and deliver vehicles that are legally roadworthy and drivable to and from the garage, and it’s your responsibility to inform us if this isn’t the case. If your vehicle is not drivable, you will need to arrange breakdown recovery or alternative transport, of which any additional costs are the customer’s responsibility to cover.

Service4Service also cannot be held responsible when collecting or delivering your vehicle, in cases where a mechanical fault or damage occurs in transit. This is the same for both servicing, and repairs.

Repairs

In the case that your vehicle is in need of repairs, we offer recovery or collection of your vehicle. If the repairs diagnosed by our team amount to over £1,500, the recovery and diagnostics will be free of charge. However, should you choose not to undertake repairs, you will be liable to cover the costs of both recovery/collection and recovery/delivery back of your vehicle, as well as the fault diagnostics.

At Service4Service, we will always calculate any costs for repairs prior to starting the work, offering you as the customer a fully comprehensive understanding of what to expect. This also ensures you have the opportunity to approve the cost and works before we start. You are not under any obligation to accept or approve the costings and works, however, there will be a charge for recovery/collection of your vehicle in this case.
